Where do you source your livestock?
We partner exclusively with sustainable farms that prioritize pasture-raising and ethical treatment. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, while our poultry and pork are heritage breeds raised without antibiotics.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer subscription boxes?
Yes, we offer customizable monthly subscriptions. Members of the Carnivore Society receive a 10% discount on every box and gain early access to limited-edition cuts.
How long does shipping take?
We ship via overnight or two-day express to maintain freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your package is in transit.
Can I cook the meat directly from the freezer?
For the best flavor and texture, we recommend thawing your meat in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours before cooking. However, our vacuum-sealed packaging is safe for quick-thawing in cold water if needed.
